Freelance C2 'Shorty' Tramway Locomotive
This is a model based on China's C2 Class of narrow gauge steam locomotives. the c2 was a mass produced industrial steam locomotive for use in logging camps, mines, brickworks and other industries across China. This version is a smaller, shorter tramway version of the original. Just like the original; it's a very large locomotive with a tall tender to match.
PLEASE NOTE; You will receive an unpainted, 3D resin printed kit. Painted and assembled examples of the finished kits are shown in the photos. Instructions are not included so please refer to the directions below.
This Kit Includes;
- Locomotive Bodyshell.
- Cab Roof.
- 2x 009 Standard Couplings.
- Tender Bodyshell.
- 2x Headlamps.
This Kit does not include a motorised chassis or wheels for the tender. The tender is designed to take Peco NR-100 or NR-102 wheel sets.
To power this locomotive you will need to purchase the Kato 11-109 chassis. This can be found on eBay or possibly through some model railway shops. alternatively you can order them, for a slightly cheaper price, from Japanese exporters: Plaza Japan.
